We discuss what was a crazy year in real estate in Grand Forks North Dakota, we saw the market swing to a dramatic sellers market, a serious drop in interest rates, increase in home prices, buyer purchasing power went up, and the price per square foot went up. The most significant change was the massive drop in homes for sale while activity and demand increased.
