In this episode we discuss the difference between Dave Ramsey's real estate investing plan vs traditional investing methods. Although I agree and follow a lot of what Dave Ramsey says regarding personal finance, I do believe he is wrong regarding real estate investing.
It is estimated that the average person could lose over $600,000, if they were to follow Dave Ramsey's real estate investing advice over the traditional investments methods. Is this really true? If so, why?
